From one of Harare's most senior ghettos High-fields emerged a fresh sound from young super group F.I.O. the collective's name came from the mantra Failure isn't Optional or just the slang name for their neighborhood FIO you decide what you want to use! One of the few Hip-Hop acts from Harare to cross the class divide since Hip-Hop is still seen as a culture for the "wealthy from across town" to be part of the Mix Masters label, there is a charm about them.

The lead track to their debut offering Yapera Mari Call Me Back is a fusion of electro and sungura rhythms by their Rn'B and Rap vocals to produce what they like to call Electro-Ngura which has been getting regular airplay on all three young radio stations, a signal to all "haters" that their intention is not to seat still.

The six track mix-tape moves with ease from energetic ragga dance hall beats such as Attraction to soft Rn'B such as F with a B which is a mellow and sing along. Whose that kid? is another Hip-Hop track which was produced from a collaborative effort between Myc$lim and Shayzar the song has a futuristic extra terrestrial feel about it which largely highlights the diversity of their skills.  massive collaboration was born with their stable siblings S.O.D, DJ Naida, and Karma on a party anthem for the S.O.D entertainment Drink-up Franchise .

They have being getting mad reviews on Power FMs school of Hip-Hop with people comparing them to Kenyan new age Hip-Hop sensation  known as Camp Mulla.
